I use an untidy metal sort-of military style table. I have my own private office with a small meeting table and a big white board and lots of books.
I got this technique from 2 books - one of the 2 books is The One Thing. I can’t remember the other book. I set 3 Big Wins (3 major tasks that I need to complete in a day) and from those 3, I set a “The One Thing” task which I should complete before I can do any other thing on a day. The One Thing task should be the task that is doesn’t interest me or a hard one to make sure that my energy will be used by this one task and less energy can be distributed to other easier tasks throughout the day.
Wunderlist - I get to assign and share my list with my team and sync with all devices I use.
- None. I like silence in my office or if I work from home, the wind and crashing of leaves help me feel grateful and therefore inspires me to work better.
I sleep early around 9-10pm and wake up around 4:30-5:30am.
